Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was luxurious and pleasant. The rooms were not serviced during my time there, but they were very luxurious overall. While there were a few minor issues like the lack of a bar and plates, the experience was still enjoyable.
The hotel had rooms with balconies that allowed for a nice seating area without any extra cost, but unfortunately, they were poorly located near the elevators, which might be inconvenient, particularly for those sensitive to noise. The service, although friendly and courteous in most areas, had issues with reckless driving by staff near the parking ramp, which was concerning. The location was excellent, being close to major attractions, the Green Line trolley, and the French Quarter. The dining experience was highlighted by excellent food quality, especially notable dishes like the shrimp and oyster poboy sandwich, but with some items having additional charges, limiting the overall enjoyment. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with a convenient location but has some drawbacks in room placement and service behavior.
The hotel's rooms with comfortable beds and accessible bathtub were very clean and comfortable, featuring only 1 king size bed in each. The size was good, and the bathroom was well laid out. The service, despite poor communication regarding additional needs, was nothing but nice throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to the French Quarter and within walking distance to various attractions. The dining experience was amazing, with staff providing exceptional southern hospitality. The overall value for money was good but limited services were offered due to external arrangements.
The hotel is ideally located close to the French Quarter, Riverwalk, and Jackson Square, making it perfect for walking to major sites. The rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds and sweeping views, although the noise level of Bourban St can be unsettling. The service provided was fabulous, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist with any request. The dining experience was excellent, offering delicious dishes, especially the shrimp and oyster poboy sandwich and corn soup. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit cramped, with a narrow layout that made it inconvenient to access some amenities, but the location was great for exploring the city. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff being unhelpful while others were friendly and knowledgeable. The dining options provided fresh and plentiful choices, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
